Return policy

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you up to 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jvalleys.shop. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Inspection Upon Delivery Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
